Requirements
- Have practical experience in SAP Concur functional support and configuration.
- Understand travel and expense processes, including expense claims, approval workflows, bookings, trips and exceptions.
- Have experience supporting SAP Concur integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Be able to troubleshoot issues and translate business needs into configuration changes or clear user guidance.
- Have English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international users and stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently and collaborate with a global team.
- Bring patience and a proactive approach to user support.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP Concur functional support and help users resolve issues and navigate travel and expense processes.
- Maintain and adjust SAP Concur configuration in line with business requirements.
- Support end-to-end expense claims, approval workflows, travel bookings, trips and exception handling.
- Investigate process and system issues, coordinate resolution with relevant teams, and keep users informed.
- Support integrations between SAP Concur, SAP and other connected systems with technical teams.
- Collaborate with the global team to support consistent processes across regions.
- Explain system behaviour and guide users through complex cases and exceptions.
