Requirements
- Be a New Zealand citizen.
- Currently reside in New Zealand.
- Have a desktop or laptop computer to work on.
- Have no plans to apply to and become a student in a program using Casper in the next 2–3 years.
- Communicate effectively and proactively in writing.
- Be able to raise issues and clearly articulate Casper score choices.
- Demonstrate communication, self-awareness, professionalism, and empathy.
- Approach responses fairly and reflect on and address potential biases.
- Complete required training, calibration assessment, and annual recertification.
Responsibilities
- Complete virtual onboarding training to become a certified Rater.
- Participate in ongoing training and mandatory paid annual recertification.
- Read and review applicants’ text and video responses.
- Compare responses with the overall pool of test takers.
- Assign scores according to scoring guidelines.
- Provide feedback to help improve the Casper test, platforms, and content.
- Participate consistently in rating sessions and respond to surveys and feedback.
