Requirements
- Have good knowledge of HR processes and practical experience with SAP HR or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Have completed at least three full SAP SuccessFactors implementation cycles as a consultant.
- Have participated in requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live support.
- Have in-depth practical knowledge of at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, supported by a current certification.
- Be able to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Have practical experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions.
- Have experience preparing project documentation, including configuration documentation, test scenarios, user instructions, and workshop materials.
- Know the SAP SuccessFactors data migration process, including preparing migration templates, validating data, and identifying errors.
- Communicate fluently in English for project meetings, SAP documentation, and contact with international teams.
- Have strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business needs and prepare business and technical concepts and specifications for SAP HR solutions.
- Develop client development strategies.
- Implement SAP SuccessFactors and support migrations to SAP S/4HANA for HR.
- Support sales processes.
- Maintain positive business relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other teams on project delivery.
