Requirements
- Have strong knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy in at least one non-Core module.
- Have experience working directly with clients and facilitating meetings, presentations, and project workshops.
- Have business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process modelling, and proposing system solutions.
- Have English proficiency at C1 level.
- HCM-domain or HR-systems experience is a plus, including experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP LSO, Docebo, SumTotal, or Moodle.
- Knowledge of IT tools and processes such as ITIL and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience in testing or user support is a plus.
- Experience writing test scenarios is a plus.
- Experience working in a validated environment or GxP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementations of one or several Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy modules.
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into system solutions.
- Conduct project workshops, presentations, and system demos.
- Advise clients on HR/HCM best practices and process design.
- Configure the system, test changes, and support clients during UAT.
- Collaborate with the development team and other consultants.
- Support clients with ongoing questions and incidents related to the CSOD Galaxy platform.
- Deliver product training sessions and configuration walkthroughs.
