Requirements
- Have 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Complete at least one full solution lifecycle.
- Have expertise developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain.
- Know UML and be able to design applications in UML.
- Be proficient in designing and developing data, business-logic, and UI layers.
- Have experience working in Scrum development.
- Be capable of leading technical teams and documenting technical solutions effectively.
- Have development and support experience with enterprise web applications using .NET Core/8, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Have experience with React and TypeScript single-page applications and build and deployment through Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Have hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on Windows/IIS and container or virtualized platforms, including Nutanix or OpenShift.
- Have experience with Hangfire or similar background-job frameworks, ASP.NET Core Data Protection, certificate management, Checkmarx security scans, and penetration-test remediation.
- Have experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0/Entra ID, PDF and image-processing libraries, and document-management interfaces.
- Have experience taking over an external contractor's codebase, including code review, technical-debt management, and third-line support.
- Have experience supporting production systems in a large organization, including Change Advisory Board release management, UAT support, and incident analysis; be ready to work alongside a third-party contractor during its third-level-support period.
- Hold higher education and at least one advanced software-development certificate relevant to the domain or an equivalent internationally recognized certification, subject to acceptance by the Contracting Authority.
