Requirements
- Use Python as your primary programming language.
- Have experience building AI agents with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Have practical experience with RAG systems.
- Have experience building chatbot engines with session durability, persistence, and state management.
- Be familiar with autonomous, unattended, or scheduled AI workflows.
- Have working knowledge of open-source and open-weight models and on-premise deployment.
- Be comfortable with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Write code that colleagues can read and extend.
- Communicate clearly and take ownership of work.
- MLOps experience is a plus, including model serving, monitoring, evaluation, or deployment.
- Experience with LLM output evaluation, B2B SaaS or enterprise products, or GDPR/PII handling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own client AI projects from scoping through delivery.
- Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration flows with Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Design and operate chatbot engines, including session handling, persistence, and state management.
- Build and improve RAG systems, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and grounding.
- Develop autonomous workflows such as scheduled report generation and unattended data processing.
- Monitor production LLM services for latency, costs, and output quality.
- Adapt open-source and open-weight models for on-premise deployments.
- Integrate AI features with APIs, data models, and surrounding product infrastructure.
- Participate in code review and contribute to technical documentation.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
