Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET.
- Have experience with Windows Services, ASP.NET Web API, and SignalR.
- Demonstrate strong object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Have proven experience with service-oriented architectures and asynchronous messaging using Rebus.
- Have advanced knowledge of MS SQL.
- Have hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket, TeamCity or Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Be familiar with ORM libraries such as Dapper and version-controlled build pipelines.
- Have practical experience with agentic AI engineering in an enterprise environment.
- Have excellent English communication skills at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve high-performance C#/.NET services for XVA, liquidity, and cash-forecasting workflows.
- Contribute to migration to a modern, event-driven architecture.
- Implement asynchronous, message-driven communication using Rebus and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in DevOps processes, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
- Apply LLMs and agentic AI to coding efficiency, code review, and automated testing.
- Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews.
- Champion object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Deliver software under tight deadlines and maintain robust documentation.
