Job Details

Have 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
Bring proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance.
Have advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.
Have hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants.
Have experience with React, Svelte, Vue, GSAP, Webpack, and automated testing tools.
Have a deep understanding of web accessibility, including ARIA and screen readers, and rendering performance at scale.
Bring experience in creative agency environments or managing client-facing engineering teams.
Demonstrate strong ownership, project-management capabilities, and the ability to connect technical decisions with business objectives.
Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Be currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the professional development of the front-end engineering team in Buenos Aires.
Define front-end architecture and drive engineering standards, code quality, and scalable component practices.
Conduct code reviews and promote clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript solutions.
Integrate AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code and coding assistants, into engineering workflows.
Collaborate with Design, Product, leadership, and client teams to deliver pixel-perfect and accessible experiences.
Oversee technical delivery, unit-testing strategies, accessibility compliance, and performance benchmarking.
