Requirements
- Hold a relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in mental health or a closely related subject area.
- Have current or recent teaching experience at Level 3 or above in a mental health-related subject, or significant recent occupational experience within the sector.
- Understand effective quality assurance and assessment processes.
- Be able to work consistently within tight deadlines.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Mark external assessments for the T Level Technical Qualification in Health (Occupational Specialism - Supporting the Mental Health Team).
- Apply the mark scheme consistently and accurately, following the standard set by the Chief Examiner.
- Submit results throughout the summer 2027 marking window.
- Report suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team.
- Attend examiner standardisation and other required meetings.
- Maintain the confidentiality of assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details.
- Report confidentiality breaches to the Assessment Delivery team.
