Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Some related work experience required.
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with various levels of the organization.
- Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve routine problems.
- Experience in an IQVIA role preferred.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train to provide day-to-day guidance and support to clients.
- Learn the technical skills needed to answer client queries, maintain logs, and ensure follow-through.
- Develop interpersonal skills to build effective business relationships with defined clients.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ potential business needs.
- Learn to communicate support issues accurately and promptly to relevant departments within the support cycle.
- Provide support to other team members.
