Requirements

Have experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead on IT projects.
Have practical knowledge of system integration testing (SIT).
Have practical knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Have experience with defect management.
Have experience with Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, qTest, or similar tools.
Be able to work with technical and business teams.
Have very good English.
Contact Center / CCaaS project experience is a plus.
Knowledge of API testing and test automation is a plus.
ISTQB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare the test strategy.
Plan and coordinate system integration testing (SIT).
Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage defects.
Assess readiness for deployment.
Ensure the quality of the delivered solution at each project stage.
