Job Details

Have at least 4 years of commercial experience.
Bring strong React and TypeScript experience from products used by real customers.
Have production experience with Next.js, including routing, caching, and server-side and client-side rendering.
Be able to explain when different rendering modes make sense.
Have a testing strategy covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and be able to justify what should not be tested.
Understand frontend performance and what slows down a website.
Understand accessibility issues for keyboard and screen-reader users.
Demonstrate ownership by taking work through to completion and proactively asking business and design stakeholders questions.
Have communicative knowledge of Polish.

Own frontend architecture, including state, data fetching, component boundaries, rendering decisions, and the design system.
Build the new e-commerce frontend with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Develop the shopping journey and customer panel, including diet calendar, changes, and payments.
Help build tools for production and logistics over time.
Maintain performance, accessibility, and production quality, including Core Web Vitals, error monitoring, and tests.
Deliver features end-to-end with backend and business teams, using Node.js and APIs where needed.
Work spec-first and use AI tools in daily development.
Share industry knowledge, teach teammates, and conduct code reviews.
