Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience in production.
- Demonstrate strong SQL and data warehouse modeling skills, including star schema, SCD, data grain, and dimensions.
- Have experience with dbt or a similar data transformation tool.
- Understand data quality, validation, and troubleshooting across the full data flow.
- Use Python for data profiling and scripting.
- Have experience with Git and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Work independently in a partially documented, inherited environment and identify and solve data issues.
- Have strong communication skills and fluent English (C1).
- Experience with a semantic layer such as AtScale, Cube, dbt Semantic Layer, LookML, or Power BI/SSAS is a plus.
- Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Azure, legacy BI modernization, and German language skills are nice to have.
