- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Pro Clinic coding experience; at least 3 years of recent production and quality coding experience in a high-volume environment; active hands-on coding experience within the last 6 months
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of Pro Clinic coding experience.
- Have experience in one or more of these specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Rural Health Clinics (RHC), Orthopedic, Behavioral Health, and Oncology.
- Have at least 3 years of recent production and quality coding experience in a high-volume environment.
- Have active hands-on coding experience within the last 6 months.
- Demonstrate strong E/M leveling skills.
- Have strong documentation review skills.
- Hold an active AAPC or AHIMA credential.
- CPC-A and CCA certifications are not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Code Pro Clinic charts in assigned specialties.
- Apply E/M leveling skills.
- Review documentation as part of coding work.
