Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 4 years of relevant leadership experience

Have at least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 4 years of relevant leadership experience.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
Have over 5 years of experience working with data and BI solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem or with other BI platforms.
Demonstrate proficiency in T-SQL, data modeling, and report development using Power BI or similar tools.
Be able to design Power BI reports with drilldowns, linked content, and nested parameters.
Have advanced skills creating dynamic measures with DAX.
Have experience with data transformation and mashups using Power Query/M.
Have hands-on experience developing and refining data pipelines with Databricks.
Be able to communicate visual design choices and interaction features effectively.
Have experience gathering requirements and conducting focus groups to enhance business processes.
Be available for the evening shift from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Lead discovery sessions with clients to determine reporting requirements.
Explain Power BI licensing options to clients and help them select appropriate options.
Design efficient star-schema data models, including calculated columns and measures.
Develop Power BI solutions using data from multiple sources, including reports, dashboards, and data models built with DAX and queries.
Support deployment through Power BI service, including configuring gateways, DirectQuery, DataFlows, and data refresh processes.
