Languages: Fluent in English, with proficiency in French being a great advantage.
Experience: Min 9 years of professional experience in development

Hold a university degree in IT.
Have at least 9 years of professional development experience.
Have expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Java EE, and Hibernate.
Have experience with Oracle Service Bus, Oracle DB, and RDBMS technology.
Understand OpenID Connect, SSO, and integration techniques.
Have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Have expertise in Kafka, ActiveMQ, JMS, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
Have experience with Secunda and IOP IAM.
Have advanced knowledge of Procurement and Grant Management business domains.
Understand Oracle WebLogic Server, Apache, SSL/TLS, and reverse proxy configuration.
Have practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Bamboo, Docker, and Git.
Be fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage.

Develop back-end web applications.
Design and implement core business logic, servers, and databases.
Improve system security, reliability, and performance across platforms.
Design and develop APIs for communication between systems.
Collaborate with developers on scalable software solutions.
Lead projects from concept through completion.
Maintain code quality, fix bugs, and enhance functionality.
Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements.
Write technical documentation.
