Job Details

Have commercial, hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in a production environment at Mid or Senior level.
Have strong knowledge of database schema design and data modeling.
Have experience designing RESTful APIs.
Have practical experience with PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure.
Have experience using AI coding agents or strong enthusiasm and readiness to adopt them quickly.
Have a good command of English.
Bring a strong team orientation and well-developed communication skills.
Take a pragmatic approach to balancing delivery speed, quality, and scope.
Be based in Wrocław, as required by the client.

Own feature development end to end, from planning and design through building, testing, and deployment.
Build and maintain systems using Ruby on Rails.
Work full-stack, primarily on backend Rails work, with occasional frontend support.
Write clean, well-tested, high-quality code.
Use AI coding agents to support coding work.
Participate actively in code reviews.
Maintain system operation and resolve production-environment issues.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Quality Engineering teams.
