Requirements
- Have owned a weekly operating cadence end-to-end, including the meeting, scorecard and follow-through.
- Have managed people-managers and be able to describe how you developed them without doing their jobs.
- Have 5+ years in operations, business operations or project management in a B2B software, SaaS or tech-enabled services company, with revenue accountability.
- Bring strong organizational and project management skills; Scrum experience is preferred.
- Have strong CRM management experience, including ownership of data quality, workflows and adoption across teams.
- Have exposure to regulatory or compliance-heavy environments; direct experience with SOC 2 requirements is strongly preferred.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of influencing up and across the organization.
- Experience with or within banking or credit union environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run the weekly leadership meeting, KPI scorecard and follow-through on commitments.
- Lead project-status meetings with the three Project Managers, clear or escalate blockers, and drive projects to closure.
- Own conversion of the open Professional Services backlog, including project records, status and dates.
- Meet with reseller partners about project status, blockers and installation timelines.
- Direct the support organization through the Support Operations Manager, setting priorities, service standards and metrics.
- Own the SLA framework, including targets, measurement and reporting.
- Oversee renewals, uplifts, quote-to-start execution and CRM management.
- Partner with the Business Systems Engineer on automations that reduce overhead.
- Keep operational processes aligned with the SOC 2 program and identify and mitigate operational risk.
