Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrate strong Apex skills and experience with complex, highly customized Salesforce environments.
- Have experience with Lightning, LWC, Experience Sites, and advanced Flows.
- Have strong knowledge of integrations, including REST API, middleware, and cross-system data synchronization.
- Have experience with modern CI/CD for Salesforce; GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Know the Salesforce security model and secure-coding principles.
- Be able to diagnose issues spanning multiple systems and identify root causes.
- Understand engineering practices including modularity, testability, maintainability, and clear architecture.
- Use GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Have English skills sufficient for daily team communication; interviews will also be conducted in English.
- Experience with MuleSoft, FinancialForce/Certinia, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud is welcome.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Lightning, Flows, and platform configuration.
- Design solutions based on business requirements and maintain code quality through reviews, testing, refactoring, and technical-debt management.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft, FinancialForce/Certinia, and external systems, including APIs, data synchronization, and data contracts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex end-to-end issues across systems and environments.
- Support the quality, security, and stability of deployments through CI/CD, GitHub Actions, monitoring, error handling, and deployment automation.
- Contribute to architecture, security, governance, and compliance decisions, applying secure-by-design principles.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and product teams, mentor colleagues, and raise the team's engineering standards.
