Job Details

Have strong software engineering experience and hands-on experience delivering LLM or agent-based applications.
Have advanced Python skills and practical experience with asyncio.
Have experience with FastAPI or a comparable framework, Pydantic, pytest and pytest-asyncio.
Understand LLM application development, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, agent orchestration, multi-agent architectures, workflow automation, and latency and cost optimization.
Have commercial experience with an agent or LLM framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Claude Agent SDK, or a comparable technology.
Have practical knowledge of MCP and experience developing or integrating agent tools.
Have experience with workflow orchestration and stateful AI processes.
Have experience integrating applications through REST APIs.
Understand modern authentication and authorization, such as OAuth2, SSO, or Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
Have experience with Redis or a comparable distributed data/cache solution.
Be familiar with Docker and containerized applications.
Nice to have: experience with Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or other observability platforms; exposure to cloud storage, search and AI services; experience evaluating LLM applications; or experience in regulated or enterprise environments.

Design and develop AI agents for multi-step tasks and business workflows.
Build agent architectures that combine LLM-based reasoning with conventional Python services.
Develop APIs and integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications.
Create discoverable tools for agents, including solutions based on Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Build graph-based workflow orchestration with state management and human approval steps where required.
Develop communication and cooperation mechanisms for multiple AI agents.
Improve the reliability, response time and cost efficiency of AI-powered applications.
Work with software engineers, architects and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Contribute to production architecture, testing strategies and operational practices for AI applications.
