Job Details

Have experience assisting with editorial operations for a digital publisher, affiliate site, SaaS company, or comparison website.
Bring strong written communication skills.
Have an understanding of SEO, LLMs, and search-driven content.
Have experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Be able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
Show strong attention to detail.
Be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating.
Be eager to learn and develop editorial, SEO, and content operations skills.
Bonus: Experience in insurance, travel, personal finance, fintech, or consumer publishing.
Bonus: Experience assisting with large-scale content refreshes.
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted publishing workflows.
Bonus: Experience with GA4, Ahrefs, or Search Console.

Help manage the editorial production calendar.
Fact-check content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Work with writers, editors, freelancers, and subject matter experts.
Ensure articles are published accurately, on time, and to a high-quality standard.
Follow editorial workflows, SOPs, QA systems, and publishing processes.
Assist with large-scale content updates and refresh projects.
Work closely with SEO, marketing, product, and partnerships teams.
Maintain editorial consistency, tone, formatting, and compliance standards.
Use AI-assisted editorial systems and workflows responsibly.
Ensure content meets E-E-A-T and consumer trust standards, including disclosure standards appropriate for insurance and financial content.
