Requirements
- Have commercial experience developing solutions with .NET and C#.
- Have experience designing and developing scalable backend solutions.
- Know application architecture and software development best practices.
- Have experience integrating systems and different data sources.
- Have practical experience using LLMs.
- Know GenAI tools such as Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI API, or equivalent solutions.
- Understand RAG mechanisms and ways to provide models with knowledge from documents and other data sources.
- Understand how to build and manage AI model context.
- Be able to filter and validate model queries and generated responses.
- Work independently and be willing to experiment with new technologies.
- Be able to work on a rapidly developing product.
- AI agent or workflow design experience is an advantage.
- Document analysis and processing experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of token and model-cost optimization is an advantage.
- Experience with solutions using multiple cooperating AI models or components is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop the AI Assistant platform backend using .NET.
- Design contextual communication mechanisms for LLMs.
- Build RAG solutions using knowledge from client documents.
- Integrate the platform with document repositories and other data sources.
- Develop scenarios that implement defined processes and business rules.
- Design AI agents and workflows.
- Select AI models for specific use cases.
- Filter and validate user queries.
- Optimize model token usage and costs.
- Ensure the quality of language-model responses.
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
- Work with business analysts to translate business scenarios into technical solutions.
