Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High level of commitment, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Work Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour break.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational agents, from requirements gathering to production deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor agent performance and analyze user interactions to identify gaps and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with AI, graph creators, QA, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution.
- Lead testing and quality assurance of conversational flows, validating accuracy and readiness for deployment.
- Support client onboarding and implementation.
- Document processes, updates, and operational guidelines.
- Deliver tasks on time and in line with quality standards while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.
