Requirements
- Have extensive, hands-on knowledge of bikes and parts, including components, fit, apparel, and gear.
- Be able to discuss drivetrain compatibility, saddle selection, and bike builds such as gravel and CX.
- Bring a passion for cycling and helping people.
- Be able to use computers daily and have basic computer operating skills.
- Be able to multitask, prioritize, and think on your feet.
- Use active listening to identify customer needs, concerns, and complaints.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Work efficiently across multiple inquiry channels.
- Have schedule flexibility for weekends and evenings; weekend availability is required.
- Attend all training sessions from November 9 to November 20, 2026, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm MST; no training days can be missed.
- Have wired internet; mobile setups are not accepted.
- Use company-provided equipment rather than personal equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level service to riders and customers.
- Assist riders with general product questions about bikes, parts, gear, and apparel.
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails, and make outbound calls.
- Solve customer questions about orders, returns, shipping, and order status.
- Build and maintain relationships with riders and customers.
- Contact customers for follow-up.
- Learn company processes and systems to meet customer needs.
- Build bike product knowledge through training and assisting riders.
