Requirements
- Experience using AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development, automate complex tasks, and improve solution quality.
- Ability to craft sophisticated prompts and integrate AI outputs into functional workflows.
- Experience working with REST APIs to connect systems.
- Great scripting experience.
- Hands-on experience with the Azure platform, including Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, and Pipelines.
- Experience with a formal ticketing system such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical solutions from scratch.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex environment issues independently.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools.
- Manage and optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
- Design and develop automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Plan and execute work within two-week sprint cycles.
- Build and maintain integrations and platform capabilities for Operations and CX teams.
- Use LLM-based applications and multi-agent systems to improve system intelligence and automate decision-making.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and turn them into scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor and improve the reliability, observability, and security of internal tools.
