Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of experience working in IT, including at least 1 year as a Solutions Architect.
- Have broad knowledge of at least two backend technologies, such as Java, .NET, or Node.
- Have knowledge of application and system architecture.
- Be comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Use English at C1 level.
- Use at least one AI tool in development work practically on a near-daily basis, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Be open to AI-assisted software development.
- Be open to business travel and client visits.
- Bring business awareness and interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Nice to have: experience with React, TypeScript, or Angular.
- Nice to have: prompt-building skills and experience using LLMs for analysis, design, and code review.
- Nice to have: experience integrating LLMs into backend applications, for example through OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design system architectures.
- Influence software development standards across the company.
- Represent the company as a technical expert and consultant in client interactions.
- Work with client-facing teams and development teams, including business travel when needed.
- Advise colleagues and share knowledge.
- Support the Presales team and delivery Account Managers in sales activities.
- Develop software using Generative AI tools and techniques.
- Support adoption of AI tools within the team and development process.
- Consider AI capabilities when designing architectures and making technology decisions.
