Have 7+ years of software engineering experience.
Have strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).
Bring a strong backend and software engineering background.
Have experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
Understand microservices architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
Have experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
Have experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
Have experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Have experience leading engineers and driving technical and architectural decisions.
Be comfortable contributing hands-on to production development.
Understand engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and system reliability.
Use AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code in daily development.

Lead the technical direction of the team and own key architecture decisions.
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
Stay hands-on with production code and solve complex technical challenges.
Design reliable, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems.
Lead code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and scalability.
Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Mentor Software Engineers and support their technical growth.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
Use AI-powered development tools to improve engineering workflows and code quality.
