Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Hold a four-year university degree or a nursing degree.
- Have experience in Rare Disease and CNS.
- Reside in the Midwest.
- Be willing to travel regionally.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Have superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at sites participating in clinical research projects.
- Identify potential sites for study participation.
- Support study start-up by collecting regulatory documents and assisting with contract and budget negotiations.
- Train sites to collect data properly and report potential safety-related events.
- Manage site activities during study maintenance and close out research activities when studies conclude.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety-event reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
