Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of professional graphic design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating event, print, and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools.
- Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Ability to create accessible PDFs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop event branding, visual identities, logos, and design standards.
- Design digital graphics, event guides, flyers, and social media assets.
- Create and refresh presentation templates for speakers and leadership.
- Maintain branded event site pages and landing pages for registration and agendas.
- Produce multimedia content including session openers and walk-on videos.
- Design signage, name badges, certificates, and commemorative awards.
- Ensure all designs comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Manage revisions through the review process to meet project deadlines.
