Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management and driving user adoption.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-wide technology implementations.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced transformation environment.
- Good understanding of portfolio management, demand management, investment planning, financial management, and project management processes.
- Strong project management background with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support the stabilization and ongoing adoption of newly implemented ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges, improvement opportunities, and adoption barriers following the platform implementation.
- Develop action plans to address process, reporting, configuration, data quality, and user adoption gaps.
- Prepare and maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Design and deliver training materials, user documentation, knowledge articles, and communication plans.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Act as the ServiceNow SPM subject matter expert, providing day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption across the user community.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and handover to internal IT PMO teams before the end of the engagement.
