Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Expertise in Kotlin.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Testcontainers).
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to mentor and upskill teammates.
- Very good command of English (min. B2 level).
- Residing in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices primarily using Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Platform, Services, and SMB domains.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations for reliability and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and post-mortems.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers.
- Improve software architecture and lead the team through technical challenges and migrations.
