Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse range of client needs and concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing clinical documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes.
- Provide high-quality clinical care and collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.
- Coordinate care services with families, medical personnel, and school staff as needed.
- Maintain at least 32 hours of patient care per week for full-time status.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
