Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR).
- Proficiency in completing timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Experience treating clients with a diverse range of problems or concerns.
- Ability to model and maintain stable, appropriate professional boundaries.
- Pass a background check confirming ability to provide safe clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, provide diagnoses, and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes.
- Provide high-quality clinical care to diverse client populations.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address community mental health needs.
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical personnel, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain at least 32 hours of patient care per week for full-time clinicians.
- Attend and participate in all required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
