Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams, or equivalent tech lead experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale deep learning models.
- Experience with ranking and recommendation systems.
- Proficiency with mainstream ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience orchestrating large-scale data generation and processing pipelines.
- Strong technical domain knowledge in ads conversion modeling.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear technical strategy.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Define the team's vision, strategic direction, and technical roadmap for conversion modeling.
- Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top machine learning talent to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineering teams to align on engagement strategies and model KPIs.
- Implement and optimize deep learning model architectures tailored for conversion prediction.
