- Proven track record of seven-figure cumulative views on long-form (25+ minute) finance or macro content.
- Ability to provide verified retention data (average view duration, first-minute retention) via YouTube Studio.
- Demonstrated experience writing for a high-value, high-net-worth audience.
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing complex financial documents like 10-Ks and central bank statements.
- Expertise in script architecture, including open loops, pattern interrupts, and climax design.
- Ability to maintain a calm, institutional tone without resorting to hype or alarmist language.
- Strict attention to detail and ability to source every factual claim to primary documentation.
- Willingness to complete a paid five-day work sample project.
- Professional integrity regarding research and factual verification.
Responsibilities
- Write one long-form YouTube script per week (30-35 minutes, ~4,200 words).
- Cut 3-4 short-form scripts from each long-form episode.
- Conduct deep research for every claim, tracing all information back to primary documents.
- Create comprehensive production packages including a research memo, six-beat hook, full script with visual cues, and a retention map.
- Ensure all content adheres to strict compliance standards, avoiding predictions or investment recommendations.
- Participate in weekly reviews and maintain active communication on Slack during working hours.
