Requirements
- Practical experience automating tests with tools such as Selenium, Appium, GameBench, or TestComplete.
- Essential programming and scripting skills in Java.
- Clear understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira or TestRail.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- C1 proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and pipeline tools (nice to have).
- Exposure to working in cross-team, multi-project environments (nice to have).
- Certifications in software testing or automation such as ISTQB (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and maintain automated test cases using industry-leading frameworks and tools.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, investigate test failures, and provide reports to technology teams.
- Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices in coding and quality engineering.
- Support the integration of automation suites into CI/CD processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
