- Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Video editing/QA experience preferred
- Creative operations or video production experience preferred
- Agency or performance marketing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
- Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
- Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
- Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
- Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team
