Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in psychology, social work, or counseling strongly preferred.
- Near-native spoken and written English required.
- Professional or educational background in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral science, or family services.
- Experience working with individuals in high-stress, conflict, or transition scenarios.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, listening, and boundary-setting abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and private workspace for confidential calls.
- Ability to work hours that substantially overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
- Submission of a 30-second to 1-minute video introduction as part of the application.
- Successful completion of required training and practical assessments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled one-on-one video coaching sessions with WFLG clients.
- Establish rapport quickly with people experiencing significant stress and uncertainty.
- Help clients move from emotional overwhelm to practical next steps.
- Help clients organize priorities and prepare for court, mediation, or attorney meetings.
- Coach clients on productive communication and boundaries with former partners.
- Identify matters requiring escalation to an attorney, paralegal, or emergency resources.
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation of all coaching interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and program development.
