Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience developing and maintaining data integrations or middleware solutions.
Expertise in Python, Java, or C# for backend development.
Proficiency with API frameworks (FastAPI, Spring Boot, .NET Core) and data integration tools (AWS Glue, Talend, MuleSoft, or Apache NiFi).
Experience developing and securing RESTful APIs, web services, and data pipelines.
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments and services (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS).
Experience with CI/CD automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of data security, encryption (TLS, AES), and identity management (OAuth 2.0, SAML).
AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect preferred.
CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 certification preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and data integration services connecting cloud-hosted applications and systems.
Implement and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Perform data validation and quality assurance testing on integration transactions.
Collaborate with database administrators to design optimized schemas and indexing strategies.
Implement and monitor event-driven integrations using message queues or streaming technologies like Kafka.
Ensure compliance with DoD RMF, STIG, and Zero Trust security principles.
Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), API specifications, and technical documentation.
