- Strong preference for builders who prioritize shipping features over perfection.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks.
- Experience or willingness to write code primarily with AI.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
- Generalist mindset with a quick ability to learn new concepts.
- Solid backend and systems-design experience (Nice to have).
- Experience building production agents (Nice to have).
- Comfort with queues and long-running workflows (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine property management software features.
- Handle system integrations including email, telephony, and WhatsApp.
- Import and migrate complex client data and legacy system records.
- Improve the backend agent platform and built-in knowledge base.
- Work with AI-driven agents for text and voice interactions.
