Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Java Developer.
- At least 1 year of production experience working with Large Language Models (LLM).
- Strong knowledge of agentic architecture including ReAct, MCP, and orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency with Spring AI and LangChain4j.
- Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Understanding of AI observability and specification-driven development.
- Higher education degree in computer science or a related field (minimum engineering degree).
- Ability to conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java-based software solutions.
- Implement AI-SDLC tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP, and Copilot Extensions.
- Develop and manage multi-agent development support systems.
- Handle LLM integrations and agentic workflows.
- Conduct technical workshops and provide training on AI security and development practices.
