Requirements
- Several years of experience in cloud projects, including designing and launching production GCP environments.
- Proficiency in Terraform, with the ability to design modules and IaC pipelines at an organizational architecture level.
- Fluent understanding of containerization environments (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE).
- Strong knowledge of scalable and secure cloud environment principles (IAM, networking, monitoring, HA).
- Practical knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Go, or Bash).
- Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients and explain complex concepts in a business-understandable manner.
- Google Cloud Professional Architect or DevOps Engineer certification (or equivalent for AWS/Azure).
Responsibilities
- Design target GCP architectures including landing-zone, multi-cloud, and cyber-recovery solutions.
- Implement environment provisioning automation.
- Create architectural patterns and organizational standards.
- Design and supervise Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terragrunt) implementations.
- Define migration and application modernization strategies (replatforming, refactoring, cloud-native).
- Design developer platforms and self-service solutions (e.g., Backstage).
- Support pre-sales processes including architectural workshops, HLD/LLD creation, and technical cost estimation input.
- Provide technological consulting regarding security, scalability, HA, and cost optimization.
