Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with a data quality mindset.
- Experience preparing structured datasets, test packs, and evidence packs.
- Practical knowledge of JSON, Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience in dashboard development and data profiling.
- Competence in working with metadata, data products, and API payloads.
- Ability to diagnose testing issues (distinguishing test errors from data issues or requirement ambiguity).
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
- Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) or control testing is a plus.
- Experience with data validation and audit evidence preparation is a plus.
- Experience with schema-based data checks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare realistic synthetic test data.
- Create metadata records, API payloads, and glossary terms.
- Develop data products and test sets for conformance testing.
- Define evidence for non-automated or semi-automated rules.
- Conduct or support conformance tests and document results (pass/fail/warning/exception).
- Build dashboards for adoption and compliance monitoring.
- Prepare conformance and operational reports for stakeholders.
