Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on C# software engineering experience at a mid-level proficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers on product implementation and technical problem-solving.
- Strong critical thinking skills to break problems into steps and identify gaps in understanding.
- Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify intended results.
- Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++, front-end tasks, and CI/CD.
- Upper-Intermediate English level (C1).
- Familiarity with .NET Intermediate Language (IL) preferred.
- Experience with code obfuscation, runtime protection, or application-security tooling preferred.
- Experience with command-line tools and build-process integrations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Dotfuscator, an application-protection product focused on C# and IL.
- Work alongside two senior engineers to implement product changes and solve technical problems.
- Build understanding of obfuscation and runtime-protection context and its interaction with customer application builds.
- Break down implementation tasks and clarify requirements or technical approaches with teammates.
- Use AI tools like Claude Code in daily development while taking responsibility for reviewing and verifying implementation.
- Contribute to adjacent technical tasks using investigation and AI assistance beyond the primary stack.
