Requirements
- 10+ years of development experience with backend technologies, including microservices.
- Significant development experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services, specifically Azure.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience contributing to AI/ML-enabled products and integrating ML models.
- Proven team leadership and management experience.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively on remote projects.
- Fast learner with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable, distributed applications using independent services, APIs, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with ML/AI specialists to translate models into scalable, reliable backend solutions including deployment, monitoring, performance, and data flow.
- Contribute to AI/ML-enabled products by integrating models into production backend systems.
- Provide team leadership and management for a growing consulting team.
- Work on high-profile projects at the cutting edge of the software industry.
