Requirements
- Higher education (EQF Level 7, Master's degree or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT and software development.
- Minimum 15 years of practical experience with Java, SQL, Spring Boot, Hibernate, database design, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Git (GitFlow or trunk-based development).
- Knowledge of SVN.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Apache Kafka and distributed system integration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with large-scale grant or public fund systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the PM2-Agile methodology.
- Experience in building multi-language applications supporting over 10 languages and creating Angular component libraries.
- Solid knowledge of REST API, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS or Azure.
- English language skills at level C1 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
- Create and maintain backend services and modern web applications.
- Design and develop secure APIs and integrations between distributed systems.
- Implement database-driven functionalities and optimize application performance.
- Ensure code quality, security, testability, and performance.
- Deploy applications in cloud environments using CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Develop multi-language applications and reusable Angular component libraries.
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Create technical documentation and collaborate with international business and technical teams.
