Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with React, specifically building complex dashboards or custom solutions.
- Experience with React-based frameworks (Next.js or Tanstack Start).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with Docker Containers.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Babel.
- Experienced in testing React applications.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs using modern tools like React Query.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript.
- Practical experience critically reviewing and using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Zed.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Polish language proficiency at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Write clean and understandable code following best practices.
- Care about understanding the business domain of a product.
- Contribute to product design improvements from a technical perspective and discuss implementation details.
- Actively participate in project discussions and propose solutions.
- Attend client meetings to listen to needs and propose solutions.
- Share insights with the team, diagnose issues, and focus on solutions.
- Support other developers in the company by sharing knowledge.
- Perform peer code reviews.
