Requirements
- Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and structured data such as JSON.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).
- Ability to understand, map, and document business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of responsible handling of customer and company data.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript (nice to have).
- Familiarity with AI APIs, retrieval systems, or AI agents (nice to have).
- Experience integrating CRM or customer support platforms (nice to have).
- Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth (nice to have).
- Experience measuring the business impact of automation initiatives (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Build integrations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Connect CRM, marketing, support, and internal business systems.
- Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs.
- Implement validation, error handling, monitoring, and human review.
- Document workflow logic, permissions, dependencies, and processes.
- Test automations before deployment and resolve issues.
- Train users and provide ongoing workflow support.
- Monitor time savings, failure rates, and business outcomes.
- Follow security, privacy, and data-governance requirements.
