Requirements
- Portfolio of DTC or performance marketing ad creatives
- Professional packaging design experience
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
- Ability to design visuals, copy, layouts, and CTAs that drive purchases
- Fast and comfortable working with high volumes of creative
- Strong skills in static and motion graphics
- Ability to create scroll-stopping creative while maintaining the brand voice
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Design ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Create packaging and product-related designs
- Create landing page assets and social media content
- Work with creative strategists and media buyers to turn hooks and offers into creatives that convert
- Produce multiple ad variations at high volume without sacrificing quality
- Iterate on creatives based on performance and feedback
- Maintain a warm and consistent brand voice across creative assets
