Requirements
- Fluency in Georgian and English with understanding of associated cultural dynamics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
- Ability to concentrate, remain neutral, and stay objective during sensitive or emotional calls.
- Access to a quiet space free from background noise or distraction.
- Dedicated personal device (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone) for business purposes.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload).
- Ability to operate company-provided software and systems.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday while using a headset.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to video and audio interpreting sessions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
- Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions.
- Maintain neutrality, concentration, and detachment while interpreting sensitive subjects.
- Follow client instructions and maintain confidentiality in compliance with protocol.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and assess regional and accent differences to facilitate communication.
- Participate in required online, video, and audio training sessions.
